Our estimate is based on a $60 per hour per person. If the condition of your property requires additional cleaning time, we will let you know right away. In order to provide better services, please note that you are required to be present at the moment of payment with your credit card handy. Cleaning window time is from 8am - 4pm. We will call you to arrange a time that would work best for you.

Moving is a lot of work! You don't realize how much stuff you have until you start packing, and then you must unpack! Whether you are moving into a house and want it thoroughly sanitized before you move in, or you are moving out and need a cleaning deposit back, if you are moving this service is for you. (Please make sure that the property is empty prior having us to do the cleaning).

Here is what is included:

Throughout the Home
• Blinds will be dusted and cleaned (both sides)
• Ceiling fans will be dusted and cleaned
• Baseboards will be dusted and cleaned by hand
• Window sills will be wiped down
• Window tracks will be cleaned
• All doors will be dusted and cleaned by hand
• All walls will be dusted
• Carpets and rugs will be vacuumed
• Hard floors will be swept and mopped

Bathrooms
• Tubs and showers will be scrubbed until clean
• Toilets, sinks, and counter will be cleaned
• Mirrors will be cleaned
• Light fixtures will be dusted
• Outside and inside of cabinets and drawers will be cleaned

Kitchen
• Counters, back splash, and sink will be cleaned
• All appliances inside and out will be cleaned
• Inside and outside of cabinets and drawers will be cleaned.
