Our estimate is based on a $60 per hour per person. If the condition of your property requires additional cleaning time, we will let you know right away. In order to provide better services, please note that you are required to be present at the moment of payment with your credit card handy. Cleaning window time is from 8am - 4pm. We will call you to arrange a time that would work best for you.

Here is what is included:

Throughout the Home
• Blinds will be dusted and cleaned (both sides)
• Ceiling fans will be dusted
• Doors and door frames will be dusted and cleaned
• Baseboards will be dusted and cleaned by hand
• Window sills will be wiped down
• Window tracks will be cleaned
• General tiding up (we will make your beds, just leave clean sheets)
• Carpets and rugs will be vacuumed
• Hard floors will be swept and mopped
• Furniture will be dusted and polished
• Couches and chairs will be vacuumed

Bathrooms
• Tubs and showers will be scrubbed until cleaned
• Toilets, sinks, and counters will be cleaned
• Mirrors will be cleaned
• Light fixtures will be dusted
• Outside of cabinets and drawers will be cleaned

Kitchen
• Counters, back splash, and sink will be cleaned
• Oven and Microwave inside and out will be cleaned
• Outside of refrigerator and dishwasher will be cleaned
• Stove
• Inside Oven
• Outside of cabinets and drawers will be cleaned
